In PSHCE, Year 3 have been finding out how to be healthy physically and mentally. They used clocks to work out how much sleep they usually get. Some children have been talking about this after the lesson with their families and trying to get the recommended 11 hours after learning about it. They have also explored how it feels to be in nature and how this can help them to reset. Year 3 have started to make some fairy gardens to help them be mindful in nature.
